工作地点:苏州工业园区 工作地点:苏州工业园区 工作地点:苏州工业园区 Requirements: 任职要求 1.Chinese and Chinese related majors, experience in class teacher management is preferred; 中文及中文相关专业; 有班主任管理经验优先; 2.Overseas background and good English skills are preferred; 有海外背景、英语能力佳者优先; 3.Be familiar with the Chinese National textbook. Experience in teaching in international schools or IB integrated courses is preferred; 熟悉部编版教材。有国际学校教学经验或IB融合课程教学经验者优先; 4.Hold the national certification of Chinese teacher qualification; Certificate of Putonghua Grade II and above; 持有国家认证语文教师资格证;普通话二级甲等及以上证书; 5.Fluent in English, and bilingual teaching ability; Excellent ICT skills, and knowledge of how to apply them in a school environment. 英语流利表达,具有双语教学能力;优秀的ICT技能,以及在学校环境中熟练运用的能力。 6.High sense of responsibility, affinity, cooperation and communication ability; 具有高度责任心、亲和力、合作力及沟通能力; 7.Good professional ethics and enterprising spirit, and love the education industry. 具有良好的职业道德和进取精神,热爱教育行业。 Job Duties 工作职责 General日常工作 1.Attend duties and other tasks of responsibility in accordance with guidelines and standards set or communicated by leadership; 按照领导制定或传达的指导方针和标准,履行值班任务和其他职责; 2.Be professionally consistent with the school’s mission and values; 与学校的使命和价值观保持一致; 3.Dress professionally in accordance with dress guidelines; 按照着装要求穿着职业化服装; 4.Note and apply the school’s policies and procedures as applicable; 了解并遵守学校的各项规章制度; 5.Pertain to other work assigned by Divisional Leadership; 完成学部领导安排的其他工作; 6.Comply with the Primary teaching expectations; 符合小学部教学期望; 7.Model lifelong learning by remaining current with content and pedagogy in their area of academic responsibility; 通过不断更新其学术责任领域的内容和教学方法,建立终身学习模式; 8.Maintain a high level of preparation to foster students’ engagement with their learning; 保持高水平的备课,以促进学生参与学习; 9.Actively participate in and support co-curricular activities and after school program; 积极参与和支持CCA课程以及课后服务课程; 10.Promote the positive image of OCAC in public settings; 在公共场合宣传OCAC的积极形象; 11.Be responsible for the safety and discipline of all students in and out of the classroom; 负责教室内外所有学生的安全和纪律; 12.Be diplomatic and discreet in all professional dealings; 在所有的职业交流中要专业谨慎; 13.Be an active member of the OCAC community; 成为OCAC社区的积极成员; 14.Carry out assigned duties in a professional manner, especially when it involves the health and safety of students; 以专业的方式履行被分配的职责,特别是涉及学生健康和安全的职责; 15.Cover additional teaching if and when required; 在需要时提供额外教学(代课); 16.Participate in the teacher's appraisal procedure. 参与教师绩效考核。 Teaching and Learning教学 1.Undertake daily Chinese teaching. Carefully complete the whole teaching process of lesson preparation, class, homework, peer-to-peer observation, tutoring and assessment; 承担日常语文教学工作。认真完成备课、上课、作业布置与批改、课堂观察、辅导和评估等整个教学过程; 2.Effectively implement the curriculum objectives and school vision in classroom teaching, actively create a student-centered teaching space, stimulate students' interest in learning, and cultivate students' good learning habits, Chinese learning ability and language application ability; 在课堂教学中有效落实课程目标和学校愿景,积极创建以学生为中心的教学空间,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生良好的学习习惯、中文学习能力及语言应用能力; 3.Respect and pay attention to the development of students' personality and carry out differentiated teaching; 尊重并关注学生个性发展,开展差异化教学; 4.Follow the school education concept and actively participate in the construction of school-based Chinese curriculum system. Cooperate in preparing lessons and actively optimize teaching and research programs, jointly support activities and events in Primary, and constantly improve their professional quality and education and teaching ability; 遵循学校教育理念,积极参与校本中文课程体系搭建。合作备课并积极优化教学、教研方案,共同支持活动,不断提升自己的职业素养和教育教学能力; 5.Actively cooperate with teachers in other disciplines to jointly design and to teach the PYP integrated curriculum 积极展开与其他学科老师的相互合作,共同研究和设计、实施超学科项目下的融合课程; 6.Have an international perspective, accept innovation and actively try innovative teaching concepts and practices; 具有国际视野,接纳创新、积极尝试创新教学理念及实践; 7.Need to assume the management responsibilities of the homeroom teacher and professional home-school communication skills; 承担班主任管理工作职责,保持专业、有效的家校沟通; 8.Proactively participate in various professional learning activities and events for continuous self-advancement; 积极参加学部组织的各项研修培训活动,努力提升自身专业素养; 9.Comply with all teacher expectations listed in the staff handbook. 遵守员工手册中列出的所有教师职责规范; Curriculum课程内容 1.Core curriculum delivery in Chinese language according to the prescribed curriculum and standards provided; 根据规定的课程和提供的标准,教授语文相关的核心课程; 2.Meeting learning outcomes according to the requirements stipulated for the given subject; 根据特定科目规定的要求达到学习成果; 3.Attending and participating in vertical and horizontal curriculum planning under the instructional guidance of GLLs, PYPCs or other staff, including collaborative writing of plans and specific actions pertaining to management of lesson plans (e.g., uploading, etc.); 在年级组长、小学部协调员或其他工作人员的指导下,参与纵向和横向课程规划,包括合作编写计划和与课程计划管理有关的具体行动(如上传等)。
